Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their project and product requirements, and recommending suitable pipe supports and anchor fasteners.

The Sales

Associate will manage inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for timely deliveries, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating customer databases, supporting order processing,



and collaborating with the founder and team on key accounts and recent business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of industrial products or construction materials; familiarity with MEP, Fire Fighting, or HVAC projects is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear verbal and written abilities for interacting with contractors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) for quotations, documentation, and record keeping.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
