? We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – North Goa

? Department: Sales & Marketing

? Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

? ? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits across retail and wholesale outlets in North Goa.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at outlets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute in-store promotions, product visibility drives, and sampling activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
- Identify and onboard new outlets to expand market reach.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Submit regular sales, stock, and market visit reports.
- Follow up on payments and resolve outlet-level issues.

? Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages,



or the alcoholic beverages industry.
- Knowledge of the North Goa retail and wholesale market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory using a two-wheeler or personal vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and mobile reporting applications.

? Required Skills:

- Strong market knowledge and relationship-building skills.
- Positive communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on sales growth.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Konkani/Marathi.
