Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Sonipat. The specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Ankur Exports’ stainless steel pet ware and house ware product lines in domestic and international markets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and managing order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, participating in trade shows or client meetings, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes,



provide product training to relevant stakeholders, and support continuous brand development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with buyers and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, negotiate terms, and achieve or exceed sales targets in both domestic and export markets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide team members, support onboarding, monitor performance, and contribute to sales strategy execution.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in exports, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors, especially in house ware or pet ware categories, would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with MS Office or CRM tools, and familiarity with digital marketing or international trade documentation are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, travel for client visits or trade events when required, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
