Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the promotion of Nexfore Consulting’s safety and consulting services through in office activities in Thane. This full-time role involves assisting in lead generation, conducting market research, and engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and proposals, and participate in client meetings and follow-ups under guidance from senior team members.

Daily tasks also include coordinating with internal teams,



maintaining customer records, and contributing ideas to campaigns and outreach initiatives. The role offers practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management within the safety consulting domain.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Interest and foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead follow-up, basic pipeline tracking, and support for sales presentations.
- Ability to assist in Training-related activities, such as coordinating sessions, preparing training materials, and supporting trainers during workshops.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and comfort with using digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or contact tracking tools).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced in office environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in safety, compliance, and consulting services.
