Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative – is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for adaptable laminates, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting product solutions, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries and leads to close sales.

The representative will collaborate with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and issue resolution, while tracking market trends and competitor activities to support sales and marketing strategies.



The role also includes participating in training sessions, trade events, and product demonstrations and creating marketing collaterals for social media to strengthen product knowledge and market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training related to product features and applications for customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of packaging materials, especially labels and flexible laminates, and the willingness to learn industry specifics.
- Candidates should possess strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in packaging or manufacturing sales is preferred.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
