Role Description This Sales and Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support sales and marketing activities by assisting in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups, while helping maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales presentations and marketing materials, supporting online and offline campaigns, and gathering market and competitor insights.

The intern will collaborate with team members to coordinate customer interactions, participate in product or service demos,



and assist in training-related activities for clients or internal stakeholders. The role offers exposure to integrated engineering solutions and requires a proactive, learning-oriented approach.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and summarize findings clearly.
- Motivated to learn about engineering solutions and industrial applications; prior exposure to technical environments is a plus.
