Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property solutions, and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves developing and executing marketing activities, including local campaigns, digital outreach support, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and lead flow.

The Specialist will handle client inquiries, provide consistent follow-up, and maintain strong customer service standards. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies and training materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as coaching junior team members and supporting sales process improvement.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property consulting, or a similar client-facing industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple client engagements, and meet defined sales targets.
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
