Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

SVC Realty is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to support and oversee sales and marketing activities for our premium residential project, SOHO Residencies.

The role involves managing prospective buyers from initial enquiry through site visits and follow-ups, coordinating with the internal sales team, working closely with our external digital marketing agency, reviewing campaign-generated leads, and supporting day-to-day sales and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with prospective customers, comfortable presenting a luxury real estate project, and capable of coordinating between management, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and oversee leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Contact and follow up with high-potential and priority leads.
- Do sales calling and ensure leads are followed up effectively.
- Attend to prospective buyers visiting the project site and provide detailed project presentations.
- Explain project features, apartment configurations, pricing, amenities, specifications, and other relevant information to potential buyers.
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales discussions.
- Maintain and review lead status, customer follow-up records, and sales pipeline information.
- Identify lead quality and provide feedback to the digital marketing agency.
- Act as the primary coordination point between management and the external digital marketing team.
- Review campaign performance, lead quality, audience targeting, and enquiries generated through digital campaigns.
- Communicate campaign requirements, changes, offers, project updates, creatives, and management feedback to the marketing agency.
- Assist in planning and creating content for Instagram and other social media platforms.




- Coordinate social media creatives, project photographs, videos, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, customer events, and project-related initiatives.
- Assist management with general sales, marketing, client coordination, and operational requirements as needed.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident interacting with clients and giving presentations.
- Good understanding of sales follow-ups and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and other business communication tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and take ownership of tasks.
- Professional appearance and communication skills suitable for interacting with premium and HNI customers.
- Previous experience in real estate, luxury sales, property sales, client relations, or digital marketing coordination would be preferred.
