Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The person in this role will manage online and remote customer interactions, promote fragrance and beauty products, and drive sales through digital and direct communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, providing product recommendations, and following up on leads to close sales.





The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting social media and promotional activities, and analyzing sales performance to suggest improvements. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, participate in sales training initiatives, and help refine sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
