Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and grow the company's business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, promoting our courier and cargo services, and converting enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers, including businesses, retailers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and corporate clients.
- Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Promote domestic courier, international shipping, and cargo services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's services, pricing, and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain records of leads, customer details, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in courier, logistics, or service-based sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
