Qualification: Graduate (Science/Engineering)

2–5 Years of Process Training Experience

Retail Background Mandatory

Fluent in English, Hindi & Local Language (Read, Write & Speak)

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Robust Soft Skills & Service-Oriented Attitude

Physically Fit & Willing to Travel Extensively

Open to Working Across Different Clusters & Regions

Preferably Based in Mumbai & Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Process Training, Refresher & Skill-Building Programs
- Deliver Field Training as per Client Requirements
- Monitor Quality & Performance During OJT/Nesting
- Prepare & Submit MIS, Training & Field Reports
- Ensure Timely Completion of Required Documentation
- Support Achievement of Client Quality & Performance Goals
