- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and inspection records.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and protected working practices.
- Coordinate with project teams to prevent accidents and unsafe conditions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and risk assessment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
