Role & responsibilities:

We are Seeking an experienced RMG & MIS Analyst to manage resource planning, workforce utilization, SOW mapping, and financial MIS reporting within an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage resource allocation, SOW mapping, and demand-supply planning.
- Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and timesheets.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on workforce planning and reporting.
- Use RMG tools and advanced Excel for data analysis.

Mandatory Skills:

- Resource Management (RMG) and resource allocation.
- SOW mapping and workforce planning.
- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Resource utilization and timesheet management.
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in IT services organizations.
- Hands-on experience with RMG tools.
- Knowledge of finance MIS and reconciliation.
- Experience in dashboard creation and demand-supply management.
