We’re looking for a Senior Revenue & Reservations Manager who can take complete ownership of revenue management, pricing, OTA distribution, inventory and reservations across multiple properties.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing dynamic pricing & revenue strategies

• Driving ADR, Occupancy & RevPAR

• Managing OTA distribution, inventory & rate plans

• Revenue forecasting & demand analysis

• Monitoring competitor pricing & market trends

• Managing PMS & Channel Manager systems

• Building revenue reports, dashboards & processes

• Identifying opportunities to improve profitability

What we’re looking for:





✔️ 4–8 years of relevant experience

✔️ Strong hands-on revenue management experience

✔️ Experience managing multiple properties preferred

✔️ Strong knowledge of OTAs, PMS & Channel Managers

✔️ Excellent Excel & analytical skills

✔️ Commercial mindset with independent decision-making ability

✔️ Experience with Easy Absolute PMS is strongly preferred
