WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Identify and onboard bars, restaurants, hotels and relevant trade partners.
- Grow sales through regular outlet visits and repeat orders.
- Build strong relationships with outlet owners, purchase teams and distributors.
- Coordinate tastings, launches, staff training and brand activations.
- Ensure HIK! is visible through menu listings and outlet branding.
- Own payment follow-ups,
sales reporting and territory targets.
The Assistant Sales Manager will also lead territory planning, guide sales executives and manage key accounts.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Candidates with experience in alcoholic beverage sales, HoReCa or hospitality business development. Strong local market knowledge, communication skills and a proactive approach to field sales will be valued.
