Responsibilities Retail Sales Executive / Junior Sales Executive

- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.
- Explain product features, prices, and available offers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Showroom Sales Executive / Sales Associate

- Assist customers with shopping and purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product arrangements.
- Monitor stock availability and report inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory departments.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Counter Sales Executive / Retail Sales Assistant

- Handle counter sales and customer enquiries.
- Assist with product billing and payment transactions.
- Maintain sales records and daily transaction details.
- Arrange products and update price labels.
- Support stock checking and inventory management.
- Assist customers with exchanges and returns according to store policies.

Customer Service Executive / Retail Store Assistant

- Respond to customer questions and service requests.




- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Provide information about products, offers, and store policies.
- Support showroom operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with sales teams and management.
- Maintain customer service standards and store presentation.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for suitable positions.
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree, depending on employer requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in retail stores, supermarkets, textile showrooms, or shopping outlets is an advantage.
- Ability to explain products and assist customers.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines is preferred.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, or rotational shifts based on employer requirements.
- Tamil communication skills preferred; English or additional language skills are an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
