Role Description: Partner Revenue Opertaions

This function involves Contract, Order, and Opportunity that need to be manually created. Make sure Contract details are saved with accurate End Customer and Partner information prior to creating the Order - if Contract info is updated after the order was created, the information will not sync.

Responsibilities:

- Only an Order and Opportunity will need to be manually created and linked to the existing Active Contract associated with that Partner and End Customer.
- A Contract, Order and Opportunity will need to be manually created. Make sure the Contract details have accurate the correct End Customer, Partner Re-Seller and correct contract renewal date.Resolves customer billing disputes working with other Sales Operations personnel, Sales, Legal, and Tax departments
- Escalates problem Contract, Order and Opportunity
- Every order a Partner submits through the Channel Order App (COA) must be linked to both a valid Customer Org ID and a valid Account (with a linked Tenant Information). Both of these objects must be validated and if either of these are not fully set up, the order cannot be processed. Suspends delinquent accounts after proper collection activity. If delinquent account has over 75 licenses, suspension must be approved.




- Participates on project/process improvement as needed
- Support the company reporting and management team in providing reporting and analysis of aging performance as needed
- Ensures compliance with all company policies

Language specific skills:

- Fluent in English
- Local language based on work location

Qualification Standards:

- Graduate with prior B2B collections experience
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel), google sheets and CRM applications
- Valuable written communication skills preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
- Good understanding of working with US customers, across all customer groups including very small businesses
- Experience of BPO will be good to have, although not essential
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years
- Must be ready to work in Night Shifts
- Must be ready to work out of office only.No work from home is available for this role as mandated by the client.
