Retail Counter Sales Executive

Role: Retail Counter Sales Executive Experience: 1–3 years in Retail/Counter Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers at the retail counter and understand their requirements.

- Explain product features, pricing, and available offers.

- Recommend suitable products and generate sales.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide quality service.

- Prepare bills and process cash, card, and UPI payments.

- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising.

- Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.

- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter.

- Maintain daily sales records and billing details.





- Coordinate with the store and inventory team.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Experience in retail sales and customer service.

- Strong convincing and selling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

- Positive product presentation skills.

- Target-oriented and confident personality.

- Teamwork, time management, and professional grooming.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
