House of Fett, a fast-growing premium women’s fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Retail Buying & Operations Manager to join our Head Office team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage retail buying, product selection, and assortment planning.
- Analyze sales trends and product performance to make effective buying decisions.
- Plan inventory, stock allocation, replenishment, and inter-store stock transfers.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, warehouse, and retail teams.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory ageing, and sell-through rates.




- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock-outs and excess stock.
- Prepare buying plans, sales reports, and inventory performance reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail buying, merchandising, or retail operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, MS Excel, and sales analysis.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
