Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure business operations continue during disasters or crises.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats and develop strategies for mitigation.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., BCM) by developing policies, procedures, and training programs.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery.

- Robust understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) principles.

- Experience in developing BCP (Business Continuity Plan) frameworks for various industries.
