- Conducting literature survey and experimental planning for recent product development
- Processing of batches and testing of the experimental designs as per the test protocol defined
- Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across India
- Testing and analysis of benchmark samples
- Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability
- Support to plant w.r.t. standardization of the product at PEL/ OPC
- Maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva
- Data tabulation and interpretation, technical report preparation and presentation at the review meetings
- Attending & resolving issues in Floor coating sites Customer/ site complaint
