Role Description The Research Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The role involves supporting research projects through literature and evidence reviews, data collection, and structured documentation of findings.

Responsibilities include assisting in feasibility studies, helping prepare validation plans and implementation roadmaps, and contributing to research capability assessments for client organizations.

The Research

Assistant will help with basic data analysis, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate with experts,



internal teams, and external stakeholders as needed. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, following lab or project protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement of research methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Research and Analytical Skills to conduct literature reviews, evaluate evidence, and support feasibility studies.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, including organizing datasets, performing basic statistical analysis, and interpreting results.
- Effective Communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external experts.
- Relevant Laboratory Skills (where applicable) for handling experiments, following protocols, and maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, technology, biotechnology, or related disciplines.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with research tools, documentation standards, and basic project coordination; experience with R&D; or consulting environments is an advantage.
