Job Summary

NeoDym Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Analyst to support our US Non-IT Staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients and job opportunities, generating leads, and providing accurate market intelligence to support our recruitment and business development teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct market research across US Non-IT industries, including Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Legal and Skilled Trades.
- Identify potential clients, companies with hiring needs and new business opportunities in the US market.
- Research and identify hiring managers, HR professionals, talent acquisition teams and other key decision-makers.
- Generate and maintain accurate client databases, contact lists and qualified business leads.
- Use LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites,



and research tools to gather relevant information.
- Verify company details, contact information, email addresses and LinkedIn profiles for accuracy.
- Monitor job market trends, competitor activities and industry hiring patterns.
- Support the recruitment team with candidate research, talent mapping and industry-specific market insights as required.
- Collaborate with recruiters and Business Development Managers to identify staffing opportunities and improve lead quality.
- Meet daily and weekly research and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Knowledge of the US staffing industry and Non-IT job markets is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google search, job portals and online research tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data management and reporting.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
