We're looking for a Research Analyst-qualified professional to join our research team and produce high-quality, well-researched investment recommendations across equity, derivatives, or commodities.
You'll conduct fundamental and/or technical analysis, build financial models, and publish research reports and recommendations that our advisors and investors rely on. This is a strong role for someone who wants to build deep analytical skill while working within a structured, compliance-first research process.
C. Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
● Conduct fundamental and/or technical analysis of listed companies, sectors, or asset classes within your assigned coverage.
● Build and maintain financial models, valuations (DCF, relative valuation, or asset-class-specific frameworks), and forecasts to support recommendations.
● Track quarterly results, corporate announcements, and management commentary (including concalls) for companies under coverage, and update views accordingly.
● Monitor macroeconomic developments, market trends, and news relevant to your coverage area.
Report Writing & Recommendations
● Prepare clear, well-supported research reports and notes, including investment rationale, risks,
and price targets/recommendations as applicable.
● Create stock/asset recommendations for short-term, medium-term, and long-term horizons as required by the house research framework.
● Ensure all reports and recommendations comply with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations,
including required disclosures and disclaimers.
● Incorporate feedback from the CEO promptly and thoroughly before publication.
Documentation & Compliance
● Maintain complete rationale, data sources, and supporting documentation for every recommendation, ensuring it is audit-ready at all times.
● Follow internal compliance processes for conflict-of-interest checks and disclosures before publishing any report.
● Flag any compliance ambiguity or concern to the CEO or Compliance function promptly rather than resolving it independently.
Collaboration & Support
● Respond to queries from advisors, Sales, or Marketing teams seeking clarification on published research.
● Support the CEO with ad-hoc analysis, data requests, or special research projects as needed.
● Contribute ideas and observations to team research discussions and house-view debates.
D. Skills
● Strong fundamental and/or technical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, annual reports, and market data.
● Financial modeling and valuation skills P/E, EV/EBITDA, DCF, or similar, with strong Excel proficiency.
● Clear, structured report-writing and presentation skills.
● Working understanding of SEBI Research Analyst Regulations and related disclosure requirements.
● Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data, calculations, and disclosures.
● Ability to manage multiple companies/topics under coverage and meet publishing deadlines consistently.
● Comfort using research tools and openness to AI-assisted research workflows.
E. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
● 5-10 years of experience in equity/derivatives/commodities research; with strong analytical skills and relevant certifications may also be considered.
● NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) certification is required (Mandatory at the time of joining,
as per SEBI norms).
● CFA (any level) or progress toward it is a strong plus.
● Prior experience in a broking, wealth-tech, PMS, or asset management workplace is an advantage.

● English — Fluent, spoken and written (mandatory for research publications).
