Research Analyst- PTD (Fixed Term Contact (FTC))

Required Exp - 2 Years+

Work Location - Greater Noida

- Positive knowledge of GLP and ISO 17025 requirements.
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis of food products and raw materials.
- Perform analysis as per FSSAI manual, BIS and AOAC method references.
- Operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer, etc.
- Method development, optimization, and validation of analytical procedures.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain related documentation.
- Preparation of SOPs, testing procedures, and product specifications.
- Provide technical and analytical support to the NPD team.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Key Skills / Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Food Testing / Analytical Laboratory.
- Knowledge of GLP, ISO 17025, FSSAI, BIS & AOAC.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer & Karl Fischer.
- Expertise in Method Development, Validation & Stability Studies.
