Role Description:

- Track tasks: Maintain an Excel sheet showing assigned work, deadlines, and status.
- Follow up with employees: Contact staff to check whether their work is completed.
- Monitor deadlines: Identify pending tasks and delays.
- Escalate problems: Inform the MD when employees miss deadlines or work is delayed.
- Prepare reports: Create daily or weekly progress reports using Excel.
- Maintain processes:



Ensure employees follow the company's established systems and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with an interest in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets); familiarity with dashboards is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment and follow established reporting processes.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in the retail, fashion, or eyewear sector and willingness to learn about business operations and performance metrics.
