Job Title: Replicon System Administrator

Shift Hours: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST

Role Summary: Oversee Replicon for time entry/approval, project/task setup, PTO/people data syncs, and reporting accuracy. Monitor support channels, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate with HR/Finance teams. With an upcoming API setup between Replicon, NetSuite, and Paylocity, you will drive reliability in our core time and project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Replicon inbox and Slack channels for user queries, errors, and support

needs; provide timely resolutions and escalate to HR/Finance as required.
- Manage project data inflows from NetSuite and people/PTO data from

Paylocity/Replicon; troubleshoot mismatches (e.g., project status errors, incomplete employee setups) via coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Update tasks/subtasks monthly for client-facing reporting, based on requests from

Replicon Inbox or Slack.
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and reporting field integrity; collaborate with

Replicon Help Desk for advanced troubleshooting.




- Support API integration setup and ongoing data syncs to enhance automation between Replicon, NetSuite, and Paylocity.
- Document processes, train users, and proactively optimise time entry, approvals, and project maintenance workflows.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 4+ years in system administration, including at least 2 years as a Replicon Administrator.
- Expertise in time entry/approval, project/task setup, PTO syncs, and reporting.
- Experience managing integrations/data flows with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and HRIS (e.g., Paylocity); familiarity with APIs a plus.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for data mismatches and resolving support tickets in a multi-system environment.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities for HR/Finance partnerships; comfort with Slack/inbox monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Replicon certification preferred.
- Ability to handle extended hours across time zones in a fast-paced staffing firm.
