Overview
Annotate tissue types and structures on whole-slide histopathology images from rat, mouse, dog and non-human primate tissues, working to a detailed guideline with review by expert veterinary pathologists.
Full Description
We’re seeking veterinary graduates and histopathologists to annotate digitised H&E; whole-slide images across tissue types from rat, mouse, dog and non-human primate studies.
What You'll Do
- Outline and label tissue classes on whole-slide images, such as erythrocytes, leukocytes, squamous and glandular epithelium, connective tissue, bones etc.
- Annotate functional structures such as glomeruli, thyroid follicles, alveolar regions and blood vessels.
- Follow the annotation guideline on boundaries, minimum region sizes and overlapping classes.
- Flag regions you’re unsure about for expert review rather than guessing.
- Act on reviewer feedback and take part in periodic recalibration.
