External Reporting Analyst - Financial Services - 6+ Years Location: Gurugram/ Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad

We are looking for a detail-oriented External Reporting Analyst to support corporate financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of external financial statements and disclosures. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with experience in preparing and reviewing regulatory filings. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Oracle, and the ability to work in a global matrixed environment are essential.

Responsibilities

- Preparing and reviewing SEC filings, including Annual Reports, Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, and XBRL submissions.
- Reviewing balance sheet information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable reporting standards.
- Preparing and reviewing cash flow statements and supporting financial disclosures.
- Analysing financial information and validating the accuracy of external reporting data.
- Reviewing footnote disclosures to ensure consistency with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across a global matrixed organisation to support financial reporting activities.
- Maintaining reporting accuracy and supporting compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field; a background in public accounting is preferred.
- CPA qualification is required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing external financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
- Experience working in a global matrixed organisation.
- Familiarity with Workiva is an advantage.
