- Source new LAP/Home Loan customers from the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, connectors, and local market activities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams until disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and sourcing channels.
- Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and disbursement target
