Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based at the Unity Small Finance Bank branch in Kishangarh.

The Relationship

Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, providing day-to-day support for banking needs, including account services, deposits, loans, and investment products. The role involves building long-term relationships, understanding customer financial goals, and recommending suitable bank products and services.

and ensure high standards of service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes achieving assigned sales and cross-sell targets, conducting regular customer follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer relationship management, ideally in a branch-facing role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain banking and investment products clearly and professionally.
- Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell and up-sell appropriate products, and work towards sales and revenue targets.
- Sound understanding of basic banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk awareness in day-to-day customer interactions.
- Comfort with using banking software and digital tools; aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset; ability to work effectively in a branch team environment.
- Fluency in local language and English; familiarity with the Kishangarh market and customer base is an advantage.
