## Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales.
- CIBIL score must be 700 or above.
- Candidates previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered.

### Salary and Benefits
- CTC: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA or up to a 30% hike on the candidate's last drawn salary, subject to eligibility and company policies.
- In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month.
- Travelling Allowance (TA).
- Health Insurance.
- Performance-Based Incentives.

### Working Hours and Schedule
- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly Off: First and second Saturdays of the month will be off.

### Key Responsibilities




- Generate leads and acquire current customers for home loan products.
- Conduct field visits to prospective customers and develop business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the home loan application process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospective leads.
