- Leading team, supporting & motivating Medical Representatives , Area managers to generate sales.

- Increasing doctor prescription

- Making productive and effective doctor calls.(joint+ individual calls)

- Performing doctor activities (eg. CME, conferences)

- Preparing, screening & implementing doctor list division & zone wise.

- Meeting stockist and medial stores for generating primary & secondary sales.

- Achieving individual as well as pool target.

- Proper reporting/ MIS to the RSM.

Required Candidate profile: As a ASM

- Experience: 4 to 7 yrs. (PREF IN DERMA DIVISION)

- FIELD JOB: Must have own vehicle(two wheeler)

- Communication in English is must with valuable presentation skills.

- Candidate must be self motivated, ambitious and energetic with a pleasing personality.

- Team building & motivational skills.

- Enthusiastic, assertive with go getter attitude.

- Min graduate in any field. (pref. science/pharmacy).
