Key Responsibilities

- Drive recruitment and onboarding activities for regional manpower requirements.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and staffing needs.

- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR processes.

- Support performance management and goal-setting initiatives.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.

- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data accuracy.

- Coordinate learning and development programs for employees.

- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
