- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue through the sale of advanced capital medical equipment, including CT, MRI, Cathlab.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders such as hospital management, biomedical heads, and procurement teams.
- Contract Management: Handle AMC and CMC agreements—manage renewals, negotiate terms, and upsell services for maximum value.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Planning & • Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and monthly performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure timely installations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance & • Collections: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company policies.
Education & • Experience
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales.
- Product Knowledge: Strong background in selling capital medical equipment such as CT, MRI, Cathlab, or similar advanced devices.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
