? Experience: Relevant experience in Gold Loan Sales is mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Sales to drive Gold Loan business growth across Tamil Nadu, lead multi-branch operations, and achieve regional business and profitability targets.

? Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Drive Gold Loan disbursements, AUM, revenue, and sales targets.

▪️ Lead Branch expansion and identify new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.

▪️ Manage Area Managers and drive branch-level productivity and performance.

▪️ Monitor regional P&L;, yield, ROE, and operating costs.

▪️ Plan marketing campaigns, promotional schemes, and BTL activities.





▪️ Track business performance through MIS and branch-wise reports.

▪️ Develop strategic partnerships and monitor competitor activities.

▪️ Train sales teams and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal policies.
