Role Description The Reel Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing engaging short-form video content (reels) for social media platforms that reflect Aussizz Group’s brand, values, and services. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to develop concepts, scripts, and visual stories that appeal to diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and assembling footage, adding captions, graphics, and sound, optimizing videos for various platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all content.

Editor will track performance metrics, experiment with new formats and trends, and refine content based on feedback and analytics. The role also requires maintaining organized media libraries, meeting deadlines for campaigns, and contributing creative ideas to enhance digital engagement.

Qualifications

- Solid video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Experience creating short-form social media content, including reels for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ability to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and basic scripts that align with brand messaging and target audiences.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, text overlays, and basic color correction and audio enhancement techniques.
- Understanding of social media trends, digital marketing principles, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with marketing, design, and content teams.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or digital content creation is preferred; experience in the migration or education sector is an added advantage.

- Relevant qualification in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
