Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Noida.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes for show participants and internal roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. The role involves collaborating with production and management teams to understand talent needs, designing and executing recruitment campaigns, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

assess candidate fit based on role requirements and show dynamics, and ensure a fair, inclusive selection process. Daily responsibilities also include onboarding and training support for selected candidates, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and representing IFI professionally at events, auditions, and outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to evaluate and engage diverse candidates.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support smooth integration of current participants and team members.
- Relevant experience in entertainment, media, or reality show recruitment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida with flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
