- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.

- Explain job requirements, salary packages, and employment terms clearly to candidates.

- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with employers and recruitment partners.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection updates, and required documents.

- Collect and check candidate documents for completeness.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status reports.

- Handle candidate enquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Coordinate with the internal team on documentation and joining arrangements.

- Work towards agreed recruitment targets while maintaining service quality and candidate confidentiality.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

- Recruitment, HR, telecalling, or customer service experience is an advantage.

- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online job portals.

- Good organisation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work towards targets.

- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
