Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and candidate-handling skills, with the ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Hindi speaking is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and social media .
- Screen candidates through phone calls and assess their suitability for various positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, joining dates, and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer discussions when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.




- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- HR/Recruitment certification or relevant experience will be an advantage.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or consultancy preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
