Recruitment Coordinator - UK Hospitality Recruitment Agency | Goa

We're a UK-based hospitality recruitment agency with an established office in New Delhi, and we're now opening a new team in Goa. This is a chance to get in early, help shape how the Goa office works, and grow with it. You'll support our recruitment activity from start to finish, from finding candidates to bringing in new business.
What you'll be doing
- Searching job boards, CV databases and LinkedIn for robust candidates
- Screening CVs and having quick calls with candidates to check they're the right fit
- Posting and managing job adverts, and keeping track of every candidate and role
- Finding hospitality businesses that are hiring and passing on leads
- Recruiting for entry-level roles yourself
What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English. This is non-negotiable,
as you'll be speaking with UK candidates and clients every day
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
- Based in Goa, or open to relocating
- Good spoken and written English
- Organised, confident on the phone and not afraid to chase things up
- Comfortable working UK-friendly hours
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience hiring for hotels or hospitality
- Sales or business development experience
- Experience using an ATS or a recruitment portal
- Availability to start immediately
