Position: Recruitment Lead / Team Lead – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Triune Infomatics is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage and actively participate in our US IT staffing and recruitment operations. This role requires a hands-on recruiting professional who can lead a team of recruiters, drive candidate submissions, improve recruitment productivity, and support team growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the US IT recruitment team.
- Personally handle sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates for US IT staffing requirements.
- Allocate requirements, set priorities, and monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and submission quality.
- Ensure timely candidate submissions and effective follow-ups with recruiters, account managers, and clients.
- Coach and mentor recruiters to improve sourcing strategies, screening quality, and overall performance.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, training,



and retention of additional recruiters as the team expands.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks, resolve challenges, and implement practical process improvements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on team performance and open requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in US IT staffing, with prior team leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience recruiting for US IT roles and working with US staffing requirements.
- Experience managing recruiters, workloads, deadlines, and candidate submission targets.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume screening, candidate qualification, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work US Pacific Time business hours from India.
