- Post job openings on various job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice,

etc.
- Understand basic job requirements and assist in candidate matching
- Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (Top-notch English required)
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US Shift)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage
- Interest in HR / Recruitment domain
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
