WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work Activities and Responsibilities

- Manage the recruiting process, scheduling, offer release and onboarding.

- Help recruiters to coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage HR and recruitment-related invoices and payment processing.

- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring efforts.

- Work with various stakeholders internally within HR as well as business to ensure an excellent candidate experience through the hiring cycle.

MUST HAVES

Technical or Industry Experience Required

- 2+ years of post-college experience in recruiting, preferably in financial services

- Robust history of consistently delivering and producing results with a high level of client service

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

- Proven track record in maintaining discretion with confidential information





- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

NICE TO HAVES

Technical or Industry Experience Preferred

- Working knowledge of Workday HCM

- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with strong attention-to-detail in a fast-paced environment
