IDEX is a Bangalore-based design agency, with sister companies Wyred and 2B Creative. We work with creative, design and marketing talent, and we’re growing our recruitment team to find more of it.

Role overview

We’re hiring 2 Recruiters to join our team of 4-5, reporting to the Recruitment Lead. You’ll hire design, creative and marketing talent across IDEX, Wyred and 2B Creative. You’ll manage the process from sourcing to offer follow-up, and work closely with our internal teams to understand what they need.

Experience: 1-4 years (mid-level)

Key responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for design and creative roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the hiring pipeline in our ATS (Zoho Recruit), LinkedIn and other tools
- Keep candidates informed and supported, including offer follow-ups
- Work with internal teams to understand and plan their hiring needs

Must-have

- 1-4 years of recruitment experience,



with hands-on sourcing for creative or design roles or Business roles
- Robust communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with an ATS (Zoho Recruit) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to run structured screening calls
- Notice period of up to 30 days

Good-to-have

- Experience hiring for design agencies or creative studios
- Familiarity with portfolio review (Behance, Dribbble)
- Basic employer branding or LinkedIn content skills

No specific degree is required. Your experience matters more.
