Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for IT and Tech requirements.
- Identify relevant candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
- Work with the Recruiting Lead and client stakeholders to meet hiring SLAs.

Key Skills

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of IT and Tech roles (Product hiring experience preferred).
- Strong communication and candidate management skills.
- Target driven with the ability to work within tight timelines.
- RPO or high volume recruitment experience preferred (Candidates with Inhouse recruitment experience will not be considered.)

2. Non Tech Recruiter Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Experience: 2-5 years





Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for Non Tech and volume hiring requirements.
- Use job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the recruitment funnel.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
- Deliver hiring targets within defined SLAs.

Key Skills

- Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment (sales, BPO, BFSI front-line hiring experience preferred)
- Target driven with strong follow up skills.
- RPO or volume hiring experience preferred (Candidates with Inhouse recruitment experience will not be considered.)
