Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage month-end reporting process, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions across various systems (ERP, GL, AP).

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in record-to-report processes.

- Perform monthly close activities such as journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

- Review and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in Record To Report R2R team lead role or similar position.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of ERP systems (PeopleSoft) and ability to work on multiple modules simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
