Sr Recruiter / Recruiting Partner (Semiconductor/Mining Recruiter)

Role Objective and Overview

Present relevant Semiconductor candidates' profiles by searching, screening, and interviewing candidates using various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other talent platforms. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and candidate engagement activities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche Semiconductor skill sets and support successful onboarding. Share best practices and guide junior team members.

Key Result Areas

- Search, screen, interview, and present suitable Semiconductor candidates for client vacancies across the US market.
- Recruit for Semiconductor domains including Embedded Systems, Firmware, EDA Tools, and Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and stakeholder communication.
- Negotiate and successfully close offers for selected candidates.
- Engage with under-offer and passive candidates to ensure solid pipeline readiness.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean, X-Ray, market mapping, and talent pooling.
- Deliver timely and high-quality candidate submissions against agreed SLAs.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting.
- Support smooth onboarding of successful hires.
- Share sourcing intelligence, market insights, and recruitment best practices with the wider team.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience

- Understanding of recruitment sourcing tools, strategies, and Boolean search techniques.




- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill Semiconductor roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.

- Track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.

Core Competencies

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US full lifecycle recruitment, preferably within Semiconductor, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Technology sectors.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Sound understanding of Semiconductor technologies and skill sets.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, work authorizations, and employment types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Team player with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
