Identifying newly launched, mid construction phase and completed real estate projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects in a specified given location or radius.
B. Physical Field Surveys and Verifications
Perform physical site survey to visit all the identified projects within the location or radius.
C. Preparation of detailed survey reports and Online Research Data
Verify project authenticity through RERA registration, and legal documentation from RERA website for the Selected Project and also for all the adjoining projects and maintain the data in the given sheet.
D. Maintaining and Regular Updation of saved projects Data.
Identifying any recent upcoming project in the saved location and updating the same on google earth.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
