Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow up on leads.
- Explain property projects, plot details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule customer meetings and arrange property site visits.
- Assist customers throughout the property booking and sales process.
- Maintain customer records and provide daily work reports.
- Achieve sales targets and build good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in real estate sales and marketing.
- Willingness to make calls and travel for site visits.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; prior sales experience is an advantage.
